I'm Betty
Hey my name is Betty Boo aka Betty. The team gave me this name as I didn’t have a passport name when I came.
I’m a Shire X cob which means I’m massive but don’t let that put you off - I’m a gentle giant. I was a rescue pony and I was very skinny when I arrived. They put me in a field full of grass which was great and I got to eat so much! I was a little scared of people when I came but I love everyone now.
The team say I have massive feet, they are like dinner plates (which I don’t get as I don’t eat off plates!) I also have big fluffy feet and when the farrier comes I have to wear leg covers to keep the hair out of his way - they look so silly.
I love spending time with my friends, especially Bilbo, he’s like a little version of me but nowhere near as cool.
A little bit more information about me; I’m 17hh (which means I’m big!) so the bigger, taller riders can ride me. I’m a black horse with 3 white stockings.
Please sponsor me – just because I’m lovely!
